The contractor business is filled with stories of companies with less-than-ethical business practices. When searching for a contractor to remodel our kitchen and two baths, we looked for not only a quality-oriented renovation company, but also one with an owner that was trustworthy and transparent in all aspects of the project. Brad Christensen and his team, Bill Voorhaar, Christine Cox, and Meghan Rakotz, consistently demonstrated the values of trust, respect and integrity that we sought. True to their word, BC Renovations team met with us each week of our 5 month remodel to review the project status, project timeline, and next steps. At the close of each meeting, Brad would ask “How are we doing?” Even when we had bad news or frustrations to share because of a challenge with a subcontractor, Brad was open to our feedback and responsive to correcting the problem. Upon several occasions, Brad and his team proactively addressed problems- maintaining transparency by informing us of the problem and resolution. In observing Brad work with his tem, he casts a shadow of a leader that models, fair, honorable and ethical behavior at all times. The true measure, from our perspective, of a trustworthy company is one you would return to again and again. Our experience with BC Renovations is one we would repeat....

"As we near the end of 'phase three' I feel saddened to think I  won’t be seeing the two of you on a regular basis for a while." "My loyalty comes easily when working with a company that  continues to exceed my expectations. The knowledge that  every detail will be communicated and followed through to  fruition is invaluable to me. Your integrity and honesty are  greatly appreciated…."...
